| Prawns with Burnished Garlic |
|
1. Use cleaned tiger prawns
2. Coat prawns with corn flour and potato flour batter
3. Fry prawns after seasoning
4. In hot wok put 1 table spoon olive oil
5. Add 1 table spoon chopped garlic and 1teaspoon green chilles and peppers
6. Saute and then add fried prawns
7. Serve |
